About the job
We are looking for experienced Senior Java Developers to join our dynamic team at Argus. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications for our clients. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers and working closely with other teams such as project management, QA, and operations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop Java-based applications
- Lead the development of large-scale, complex software systems
- Provide technical direction and mentoring to junior developers
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Participate in code reviews and ensure the quality of the codebase
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the Java ecosystem
- Provide technical guidance and support to other teams
Qualifications
- Expertise in Java, J2EE and related technologies
- Experience with Spring, Hibernate and other frameworks
- Experience with web services, REST and SOAP
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure or GCP) is a plus
