Within the IT Agile Production Services / TechEx team, we are looking for an IBM Websphere ND & IBM Liberty senior engineer to manage the WebSphere ND legacy infrastructure and to facilitate migration to an IBM Liberty private cloud offering as a subject matter expert.
Being a service-minded technology referent, you will have the mission to maintain a transversal legacy WebSphere infrastructure and to build the transition towards an IBM Liberty BNPP group cloud offering, together with a team of technology engineers.

Working environment
You will work in a team mostly based in Belgium and collaborate with our service supplier in France. Our client uses Agile/Scrum as a method of organizing our work. Work in a hybrid model which means 50/50 from home/office. Traveling outside Belgium (to France) and working outside business hours might be required.
Experiences/knowledge:
- Master Education
- 10+ years’ experience in managing IBM Websphere (WAS traditional BASE and Liberty v20> (Core, Base )
- Apache Tomcat
- Java-based applications
- TLS/SSL
- Extensive experience in Red Hat Linux, scripting, pipeline and networking technology
- Monitoring JVM performance
- Familiar with processes like security, Agile way of working, ITIL, Continuous deployment, Disaster Recovery, …
- Experience in Terraform, Ansible Tower, Java, CaaS, ServiceNow … are a +.
