Play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, following industry best practices and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
· Develop and maintain clear project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
· Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
· Manage and motivate IT team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
· Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement adjustments as needed.
· Track project budget and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
· Prepare and deliver project reports to key stakeholders.
· Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
Qualifications
· Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
· Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
· Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
· Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
