Service description:

  • Design, develop, and implement digital workplace solutions to enhance organizational productivity and efficiency, focusing on collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the user stories established by the product owner and implement them into technical solutions.
  • Together with the other team members, design, implement, manage, and configure collaboration software, such as Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Entra, Intune, Jira, Miro, Azure DevOps, Places, Planner, Project, Retrium, Teamhood, Viva Goals, Appspace, and Zoom to optimize communication and collaboration workflows. The list of tools is not exhaustive.
  • Together with the other team members ensure patching and upgrade of the solutions deployed on-premise
  • Together with the other team members, managing on a day-to-day basis the office telephony system in Teams
  • Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between different digital workplace tools and platforms.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for digital workplace initiatives, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Stay up to date with the market trends and technologies to ensure state of the art solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in architecting/designing and implementing digital workplace solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Entra, and Intune.
  • Experience in server management, including installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting servers to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
  • Preferably, experience in unified communication, particularly in telephony migration.
  • Familiar with collaboration software such as Jira, Miro, Azure DevOps, Places, Planner, Project, Retrium, Teamhood, Viva Goals, Appspace, and Zoom (list is not exhaustive).
  • Ability to script solutions using MS Graph API and Powershell.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. French, Dutch and German is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • General willingness to travel, especially between Brussels and Berlin.
