Role description:
Business Architect to work for the replacement of the Workflow application, ensuring the new solution aligns with business goals, addressing inefficiencies and adapting to future needs. The person will be responsible for defining business capabilities, designing efficient processes, supporting strategic objectives and overseeing the implementation to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand and translate business goals into actionable architecture strategies.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive business architecture, aligning business processes, capabilities, and systems.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation, driving improvements that support business objectives.
• Work closely with enterprise architects, IT teams, and external partners to ensure technology solutions are aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Design and document business models, workflows, and capability maps that support current and future-state business requirements.
• Lead workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs.
• Support decision-making by providing detailed architectural insights and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in all architecture-related initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience as a Business Architect, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a complex organizational setting.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, process design, and capability mapping.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (such as TOGAF, Zachman).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in digital transformation projects or large-scale IT implementations is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards .
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Certification in Business Architecture or Enterprise Architecture (preferred).
