Within Client Servicing & Robotics, you will be part of the squad ‘Fraud Investigation & Case Handling Services’, team responsible for the development of a webapp used for fraud detection analysis & management. The DEV Engineer commits to help the team to deliver a product at the end of each sprint, surpassing his/her own specific knowledge domain in order to collaborate with the team members. The focus is on the completion of the sprint backlog, containing all elements that the team must deliver and of which the sequence has been determined by the Product Owner based on the added value for the (internal or external) client. The DEV Engineer adheres to the scrum values (focused, committed, open, respectful, and courageous) and is able to closely collaborate with the team members. Knowledge sharing, open communication, continuous learning and commitment to deliver added value are key. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities You help to define the development plan and acceptance criteria out of those requirements.You design, build, test and maintain the new & existing features with high performance, reusable, and reliable code.You focus on the best possible performance, quality, and uptime of the application by: Identifying & solving bottlenecks or bugs.Ensuring High Code quality, readability, and structure.Making smart automatization (if relevant).Creating/Updating the technical documentation to ensure service continuity. You embed the agile & the development best practices in your daily job. Contributing Responsibilities As developer in a squad: You leverage your expertise to refine features in workable activities.You share your expertise & improvement ideas to enrich the squad’s backlog.You align and follow the priorities defined by the squad.
